Can JWplayer PLatform be used for constant live streaming of a TV channel

I work in a local TV station, we want our signal to go out on the internet (web browser, android and iOS apps).
For what I have read, JWplayer live streaming is intended for events (that start and finish at certain times). But I also have seen other TV channels using JW player for 24/7 streming.

If I pruchse a premium or platinum plan, would I be abe to stream my channel 24/7? And integrate it to web and mobile apps?
