3gp file not playing ?

Hi All,

We have a process that uploads a 3gp file from a tablet to AWS storage.

We then want to play this file in a website - but, it is not playing....

It does play if we upload the file to JWPlayer and then play it, but not through using the JW Player playing the file from our hosting.

Any clues as to what we are doing wrong?

Our player does not support 3GP format. The player supports MP4, WebM and FLV video files. Check out our Media Format Reference for more information.

When you upload your files to JW Platform, we automatically transcode them for online playback. If you wish to use your own hosting service you would need to transcode your files before uploading them to AWS.
