Hello, I'm a project manager of building a newspaper website at South Korea.

We want to play next url by your player (now free option) :
http://ktcdnbmt.ktcdn.co.kr/bmt1/_definst_/check/sample2.mp4/playlist.m3u8

But, your player message is below :
1) "can not load m3u8 : unable to fetch http resource over https" (@ https://developer.jwplayer.com/tools/stream-tester/)
2) "error loading player : no playable sources found" (@https://dashboard.jwplayer.com/#/welcome?property=338e8bc4-71c0-11e7-bb8e-128293859c83 > https://content.jwplatform.com/previews/nV8lL9PX-3dMScBxI)

We want to solve this problem. Review our movie url and send me solution, please.
We can upgrade jwplayer account to solve this problem.

The Free player does not currently support HLS streams, so this is why you are seeing the error. I would not expect to see the same errors in a Premium player

We upgrade a Premium player and solve our problem in PC screen.

By the way, does not the Premium player support mobile video?

We see the same error message in our mobile device though we use in a Premium player.

Yes, our Premium player supports HLS playback on all devices. Please see our browser and device support document at https://support.jwplayer.com/customer/portal/articles/1403653 for more details.

The video on that page is playing for me in Safari on an iPhone 6s with iOS 10. What device and browser are you using?
