m3u8 Videos not working

I have some m3u8 HLS files stored in the AWS cloud. They play fine on my iphone, and on a friends Apple Mac, but doesn't play on my Desktop or my older iPad. So basically its not working in Chrome, Firefox or Explorer for me, but does work on Safari on my friends computer and on my iphone.

I've tried embedding the cloud jwplayer with no luck. I"ve added a crossdomain.xml file also just in case it was that.

Any ideas??

I've also tried the stream tester with jwplayer and it says there is not crossdomain support. That I find strange as it does play in some other places like my iphone.
