That does not look like an issue with our player. Have you considered using the Wordpress plugin?

Yes. That's what I'm using at the moment and yet I've got to good feedback from the player

I assume your site is mbeattv.co.za. It looks like the file that is being requested (https://s3-eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/mbeattv/Kiss+Daniel+-+Woju+ft.+Davido+Tiwa+Savage.mp4) is not accessible.
