Error Setting Up Player issues

I haven't been able to play JavaScript videos since I bought my PC a few months ago. I keep getting that frustrating "Eeror Setting Up Player: Invalid License Key" error pop up over my videos. I've tried 4 browsers (Chrome, Canary, Edge, & IE), cleared everything and no luck. I downloaded the folder of the latest jwplayer and can't do anything with the files.

Has anyone else had this problem. Please help! I need to be open my medical licensing exam videos.

Thanks.

Our player is a tool for web developers to use on their websites to embed videos on their webpages. That error usually means that they are using an expired license key in their embed code. If you are having issues with a website’s implementation our player I would recommend reaching out to them directly with your feedback so that they can resolve this issue on their end or
contact our support team directly.
