Downloading a video

This may not be the place (page) to ask this, but I only want to know how to capture a short video, that is "powered by JWPlayer". Here is a link to the article with the JwPlayer video, that I want to download for my own use. Is it possible? If so, how? Thank you in advance for your reply,

Hi Joan. You, as a consumer of videos cannot download videos that are implemented in a JW Player for playback in a web site. Only the individual(s) that have access to the original content can download the video.
