Videos stuck on "loading ad"

Can't play online videos that are "powered by JW Player 7.11.1". They get stuck on a "Loading ad" screen that goes on forever.
Examples:
http://www.spiegel.de/video/donald-trump-ist-in-saudi-arabien-gelandet-video-1768050.html
http://www.sueddeutsche.de/politik/russland-affaere-ueberschattet-trumps-erste-auslandsreise-1.3514809
Happens in Firefox, including in Safe Mode and with all plugins deactivated. Doesn't happen in IE.
No adblocker installed. And yes, I am in Germany, so the content should be accessible to me.
All other web video content that is not "powered by JW Player 7.11.1" (BBC, CNN, ABC, YouTube, ...) works fine.
Any help will be appreciated. Thank you!

Hello,

When I check the player using the latest player version in Firefox/Firebug, I am seeing the error you point out. I observe this error in the console right before your ad tag loads:

TypeError: f is null
hd-main…xxxxxO (line 48, col 336)

No Javascript on this page
If <script> tags have a “type” attribute, it should equal “text/javascript” or “application/javascript”. Also scripts must be parsable (syntactically correct).

Could you please look into this error, and let me know if you have further questions?

Yours, Heidi

Thank you for the answer. However -
How do I "look into this error"? What should I do?

Your ad tag is not working for me in the Google ad tester:

https://developers.google.com/interactive-media-ads/docs/sdks/flash/vastinspector

in Firefox, either. If it does not work in the Google tester, I would not expect it to work in the player. You will need to reach out to your ad tag provider to find out why you ad is not filling in Firefox.
