I've set up the Interactive Transcript functionality as shown in the demo found here: http://demo.jwplayer.com/iframes/interactive-transcript/ and it works great except for one issue. When you search within a transcript, not all matching keywords are returned. Is there a way to fix the code so that all matching keywords are highlighted in a search?

We generally do not provide support for implementations from our demo pages, as the questions that come up (usually) do not have to do with specific player bugs or issues. I would recommend posting this particular question on a forum like Stack Overflow, where the developer community can help you with debugging or Javascript questions not directly related to player functionality.
