JWPlayer / HLS streaming license
We are using HostStreamSell to host videos for our client. Videos are being displayed on a WordPress site using HostStreamSell's plugin, which uses JWPlayer. In Chrome, JWPlayer is not displaying these videos in HTML5, but instead trying to use Flash. I know HLS m3u8 streaming in Chrome will use the Flash player. My question is this: If we purchase the Premium license (https://www.jwplayer.com/pricing/), will the HLS Adaptive Streaming allow our client's users to always use the HTML5 player? Our client is worried that their users won't know how to either A) enable Flash in their browser, or B) download/install Flash. Just trying to see if purchasing the Premium License will make HTML5 player work across all browsers. Thanks in advance for any assistance!
