I see Alex’s previous escalation still is open in Jira, but I do not see any progress to date.
What percentage of your viewers are impacted by this? I do not see much traffic from Windows Touch and Chromebook Touch devices.
I don't know the exact numbers, but I know a decent number of our viewers use chromebooks. That being said this issue is minorand I doubt that many people are running into it, but it would be helpful to track the progress so we know when it might get fixed. Is your JIRA project viewable by other JIRA users? I would like to follow the issue if possible.
