CC Not Working on Safari or Mobile for 360 Video

I have set up a 360 video using the IFrame embed code. On desktop Firefox and Chrome I see the CC button and can enable the captions as expected, but on desktop Safari and all mobile devices the CC button shows up on the toolbar, but when I click it the captions do not appear. Does anyone have any idea why the captions aren't working on these browsers and devices?

It is my understanding that 360 functionality is not compatible in Safari currently. However, if you want to submit a case in your JW Dashboard and provide a test page I can take a look at it.
