DRM setup is not working

I am using JW Player and simple it was working fine. Now we have moved to DRM and changed the JW Player setup according to the DRM setup documentation. But it is not working so far. Here is the setup,

{
"playlist": [
{
"sources": [
{
"file": "video_url(http stream)",
"drm": {
"widevine": {
"url": "widevine_url"
}
}
}
]
}
],
"primary": "html5",
"hlshtml": true
}

I checked with the http testing player, but it is not working there too. Any suggestions ?

You would need an Enterprise subscription in order to have DRM on your content.

Hi Donni,

Thanks for your reply. I have the Platinum Subscription. Even in this it is not playing and setup also not working. http://demo.jwplayer.com/developer-tools/http-stream-tester/

I asked using my Platinum Subscription account, but I didn't get any respond so far. Please give me the steps to reproduce this.

DRM won’t work in a Platinum Subscription you would need an Enterprise account. Contact the sales team by clicking on the contact us icon on the pricing page and someone can reach out about an Enterprise subscription.

Thanks for your reply. Why DRM not working in testing player either ? I used this

Since you have a Platinum Subscription, click on the SUBMIT A CASE button in your JW Dashboard so you can contact us directly and we can test so you don’t have to share your information in a public forum.
