Hi, I'm new to this and trying to configure the player. When I remove the controls the video I have will play on a web browser but on mobile devices it's mute. If I enable the controls the audio is fine on mobile.
Is there a way to disable controls but have audio work for mobile devices? Or is this a problem with mobile devices.
For my setup I have downloaded the JW Player to my webhost and the MP4 is on the Amazon CDN.

The test page must not contain any additional code or CSS, it must only contain the player and concrete steps to reproduce with expected and actual behavior.
I need to be sure what your setup actually looks like because it sounds like you have autostart, but I could be wrong, a test page would clarify and I’d need to know the actual device this is happening on as mentioned above.
