Amazon s3 videos won't play on mobile devices

Hi!

We are experiencing a problem with our Amazon s3 videos not playing on mobile devices.

We suspect that it is an encoding issue but they have all been encoded properly using handbrake.fr.

Any ideas?

We just tried using the Ipad Presets inside Handbrake and still are getting the same result.
