I created this page on my website so you can see the issue. Top photo is what JW player looks like with apple devices - Second picture is the setup on the page - this same page looks like the third picture on PC. What can I do to get that black box off the poster for apple devices. Any help to fix this would be appreciated. Basically I want everything to look like the third picture

Hello,
it may be a good idea to remove the license keys from your embed as they are not needed at this time. Also, providing a simple embed with no external elements that might interact with the player would be ideal as it allows us to see the vanilla setup in a raw environment.

Vanilla page nothing in the player - nothing on the page.
I removed the License keys and left the Jave URL in the Settings for the plugin.

Hello,
I see the player library on the page <script src="https://content.jwplatform.com/libraries/O8n8BnDK.js"></script> but I am not seeing a setup block nor am I seeing the player on the page. Can you please just provide us a sample page that has no CSS or JS outside of the JW Player embed and ensure it is on the page? This allows us to quickly move through the code and find the issue.

Try this - if this isnt what you are looking for then I guess I can give you a login to the site.
I placed only the Jw Player in the page with the stream and the background photo for the poster in the player.

I believe I might be missing the mark as I am not seeing a poster image at all on either the iOS device as well as the desktop. This happens even if the player library that you are using is set to autostart false. I’ve tried this in different browsers as well. Please feel free to email us any information regarding the WP account here: support@jwplayer.com and we will have to look into this further with your API secret/key as well as provide you screenshots.
