Error HLS and HTML 5

On google chrome dev tool ver. 55.0 (64 bit), I get error "Error loading page: No playable sources found" when click button toggle device toolbar(Ctrl + Shift + M). You can test that on web page https://www.jwplayer.com/blog/hls-in-html5/
