sharing a video

2 videos on our website are through JWPlayer and they are the only ones without a share option. Can anyone tell me why this is or how I can go about sharing these videos? Thanks,

Hi,

You’re most likely using a different player library for the videos that don’t have sharing enabled.

Thanks George but I have no idea what that means. Is this an issue I should take up with the person who set up the website originally or is it a JW Player issue?

Well, the developer can always enable sharing, but you can enable sharing through the dashboard too. What’s your web page’s url?

Thanks George. The first 2 videos have the share option, as do the rest but the next 2 JW Player videos do not. What am I missing?
