How to host and stream on my own site?

Hi, I have uploaded the folder jwplayer-7.9.1 to my root folder, so it's

I will be uploading my videos directly to my own site, not through the dashboard.

How do I configure the HTML?

Let's say I uploaded a video in my site @

What will the code look like? I also can't find the licence key that I apparently need, I have seen an API key and Secret Key, if that's got anything to do with it.

The license key is available on your dashboard by going to Players > Tools next to the download link for the self-hosted player.
