Does anyone know how to fix the scaling in fullscreen on an ultrawide monitor??

Hi,
Can you please clarify your question? You can set the dimensions of you player to be either responsive or fixed. In your dashboard go to Players → Manage → Dimensions. Please then ensure that your player that you import has the appropriate dimensions for your needs.
