Error Loading Media: File could not be played

On Mac os El Captian, On an https:// web page. The Player works correctly in Safari. In Chrome I receive the error "Cannot load M3U8: Unable to fetch HTTP resource over HTTPS." In Firefox the spinning icon in the middle of the player just keeps spinning and never plays the video. Within firefox i click on the info button and it tells me that firefox has blocked parts of the page because they are not secure. Even after disabling the security the video will still not play.

If I go to JwPlayer.com login and go to the video section. I receive the same results in each browser.

My Stream is originating from a Teradek encoder and being distributed by a Wowza server.

Any thoughts as to why I am experiencing this issue?

If you have a secure (HTTPS) page then you need to be pointing to a file that is also secure. You will need to partner with your streaming provider or software to make sure your streams are HTTPS and not HTTP.
