Hi when I load the player then with player vtt files are also loaded and I am also getting 200 ok response from server for vtt file in my brwoser network tab, but when I click on cc button then no captions are loaded for the video.
I am using jwplayer 6 and this loaded x-shockwaveflashplayer
Do you see the same error with JW7? Can you post a link to your test page here?
JW6 was last updated in summer of 2015, so it has been quite some time. Our engineers are also no longer making updates to JW6.

The main concern is even I am getting 200 response from. Server for vtt file then I bothered that how caption files are not loading.
For test page u need to connect to vpn so even I will give u the link then also u will not be able to test this.
JW6 support has ended so there’s not much we can do to fix this in JW6. Try with JW7 and if the issue still persists.
