Error Loading Media: File Could Not Be Played in IE Browser
Hi,
We observe that we have some sample video which we are uploaded on our product and try to preveiw from Chrome and IE. but In IE after 2 sec video giving error "Error Loading Media: File Could Not Be Played". Moreover, we also observe that if we played a video from our local environment it works fine but on our QA environment it will won't work.
Below are the Details for Environment:
1. JW player version 6.1
2. IE browser: 11
3. File Type: MP4
4. File Size: 375 KB
It is work on chrome. Also we found 1 more difference is the video which having frame rate per sec is less than 30 that videos are played well. Do we need to handle this in our code ? or do we have any code snippet for this issue.
Please suggest.
