No playable sources found on Chrome & Firefox

Hello, does anyone know what would cause my video stream not to load on FireFox and Chrome? It works perfectly in Safari and surprisingly in Edge, but not on Chrome and Firefox. Could some one please guide me on resolving or troubleshooting this issue? Thank you!

Hello,

Edge and Safari support native playback of content in their browsers such as HLS. This might explain the reason they would work. Are you utilizing an account such as “Premium” from JW Player? You need to have a premium account of above to play streaming content: http://www.jwplayer.com/pricing/.
