Self-Hosting on S3 and How do I link to the jwplayer.js

I have not found good instructions on how to play the video once I have upload the Video, then the JW Player to the bucket. I've left off at the point where I'm told to put
in the license key and the link to the jwplayer.js I have the link and license number, but do not know what to do from there. I know I'm supposed to put it in my website, but I need more specific instructions on how to do just that.
