I.E. 11, how to stop or disable automatic play

being in a facility where reading is a higher priority than watching and listening to a video, We need to be able to view the page without the video popping up after you scroll down the page. it pops up in the lower right, you can't remove and is blocking the view. How do you remove or disable automatic JWPlayer from popping up on the page?
