m3u8 file is not supported

Dear Team,
i want to upload .m3u8 file from my local, but when i am uploading it on to the video platform is gives a Erros Status, Could you please Identify this erros and tell me the way how i upload my m3u8 file.

You can’t upload an HLS manifest, but you can add it as an external URL if you want to host the content yourself. It looks like you have a free account. A Premium Subscription is required in order for HLS functionality to be unlocked.

If you upload a video to our platform, we will convert it to multiple qualities and generate and host an HLS stream for you.
