Hi Team,
I have created a player and added the DFP VAST tag. Went into the content, clicked on the embed tag icon, was able to see my DFP hosted pre-roll ad. But this happened only once.
When I play the video again my ad doesn't appear. There is no frequency restriction in DFP.
Any help will be appreciated!

Do you have your ad client mode set to ‘googima’ ?
Can you provide a link to a test page where I can reproduce this?

You are using a Google DFP ad tag, but your ad client is set to VAST. Please try one of the following two suggestions to see if they help:
1) Set the ad client to ‘Google IMA’ instead of VAST (this is probably the easiest solution, but if you MUST use VAST, try the next one)
2) Insert an ad tag variable so the player inserts a number into the ad request. This varies from ad network to ad network, but my first suggestion would be to change the [timestamp] at the end of your ad tag to timestamp

I tried option 2 first, it didn't work for me so I revert the change I added [] brackets again to the timestamp. And surprisingly it is working now. Not sure what the issue was.
I see you have also changed your ad client to Google IMA.
