jwplayer 7.7

Hi I am using jwplayer 7.7.1 version, I am facing a weird issue When i am on player page while the video is playing in between if i click on a link on that page current playing player shows an error Error Loading media: File could not be played. Can anyone help me why i am getting this error when i click on any link on video playing page.

It appears your company has an Enterprise account, have them add you as a user and you can submit the case to us directly via the JW Dashboard
