Quality of the video is decreased

Hi I have sign up for free account and uploaded a sample video. The size of the actual video is 55.5MB. But When I have uploaded that video to my jwplayer account, the usage is saying 169MB ( though I have uploaded only one video ) and the quality of the video is drastically reduced. May I know the reason?

Click on the SOURCES tab when you’re looking at that specific piece of content in the JW Dashboard and the different conversions created will add up to 169MB. The quality of the video is reduced because Free accounts do not have adaptive streaming you would need to purchase Premium or manually embed the player and point to a higher quality directly.
