that's a good step, do you create the code on your own? amazing, now we just need to create Set captions button beside sound button, i have another question, this set captions using url as subtitle how about uploading subtitle from pc. can you create that's code also? if you can make something similar like openload do, i will help you by donating some cash through paypal. thank you

You’ll always have to have a file that is hosted online to make this work. The only option I see is you allow a user to upload a file to a server and then get a reference to the file.

You will need a Premium Subscription or above to receive e-mail support. The second code example on this page shows you how to add a captions track to an embed.
I am sorry but what i need is some code like George do, with George's example, i can put srt file using url, now how to allow users upload .srt file to my server and then put it to jwplayer config. example what i am doing with george's code is like this:

as you can see in red circle i have put new button to jwplayer bar, this function is allowing users to put subtitle from url.
Providing your users with the ability to upload files to your server is not something that is related to our player so it would be outside of the scope of support we can provide. I recommend posting on a developer community, such as StackOverflow, and someone there may be able to assist you with developing that functionality.
