Can not play jwplayer

I use account free for jwplayer . My RTMP stream is working on google chrome but not on firefox .I get error: "Error loading player : No playable source found" .Why? If I upgrade account ,can I play video on all browser?

Firefox should be able to play RTMP streams using the free player. Can you provide a link to a reproduction page so I can inspect your embed code and stream?

You need an application path and a stream identifier in your URL. That URL doesn’t work in Chrome in our JW Player Stream Tester either. Read this support article for more details.
