Contact Support without Account Access


An Associate changed the password for the account that still uses my credit card and the email address used is no longer valid. There is no place on this website to contact support or billing without logging in. I need to speak with a billing rep and disable this account immediately.

I am trying to update my credit card, but when I click "update," the credit card information stays the same. I tried this last month thinking it changed, but the same card was charged on 10/1. Please help me at your earliest convenience.
