Free Edition - Limit on plays

Good morning,

I use JWPlayer as player for my local video files and all my content (js and videos), are onpremise / hosted js.

How does "limit plays" work? In usage statistics shows " PLAYS 344", is that right?

A play is considered when the first frame of a video is displayed by the player. You can see how many plays per month your specific license entitles you to on our terms of service page.

Ok, so it doesn´t depends on where the video is stored (jwplayer cloud / onpremise), is that right?
