JWP SDK call google DFP with group targeting

Is there any possibility to do with JWP SDK a request call to google DFP for an advertisement and to play it(VAST)? I'm asking cause I can't find any information related to this problem.

Thank you for a response. I have seen those tutorials already, but there isn't any information about is it possible to call DFP for specific ad.
Yes you can put already generated ad tag , and select Ad client - IMA || VAST,but it is not what i meant. I need co contact to DFP with custom target params(like gender, age) to get specific ad, is it possible or not - using yours SDK?

Thank you for clarifying. If you want to target your ads you would have to manage that with your ad network.
