Can't watch HLS livestream (provided by Wowza)

Hello,
We try to watch our HLS livestream via JWPlayer but it doesn't work.
On iOS and Android, the player says "File could not be played".
On PC, we tried on Google Chrome and Firefox and the player said "No playable sources found".
We can watch the livestream via VLC (PC or mobile application).
