Video Upload

Hello,

I would like to upload videos on my website so I tried different ways for uploading and with different formats of videos but each time I face different problems.
When I uploaed a AVI file, the quality of the image is good and a high resolution is possible but there is no sound when I want to play it and the video is blocked when I select AAC audio.
So i tried with a MP4 file, this time the quality of the image is reduced and the resolution is quite low. But there is sound this time and the video doesn't block when I pass on AAC audio.

Do you know why these problems occur and how I could solve them?
In the settings by example or should I upload another format of video?

Can you provide the domain that is associated with your account so I can take a look at your uploads? You don’t have to provide the full e-mail just the @xyz.com part. Additionally, if you could also provide a reproduction page that would also help.

@gmail.com is the end of the email. I can't provide you a reproduction page; i simply uploaded the videos into the player without touching anything, only converting the file before to upload it
