Error loading player no playable sources found

Hi all,

Since a few days i am getting this error even if it was all working fine for a 6-7 month and where no changes on my side. Tested on other host the same files and work fine.

Any suggestions?

Hi there,

It looks like you are embedding the player via some sort of plugin, which is not something we can provide support for. Does the same content load fine when embedding it via one of the methods found on our Basic Video Embedding Options support article?
