Desktop woking well but mobile not

hi i installed jwplayer on my website. it works good but when i try to open on mobile phone it not works.

i think i found the problem. file type is ogv mobile browser cant opening ogv.

So it seems you are not pointing to an actual video file, instead you are pointing to this:
“http://proxy.cartoontr.com/cartoonpass.php?token=dde59168944afea41923338afaaf198c”

Pointing to an actual video url should remedy the issue

yes i cant give direct link. i give users to temp php file link. php file streaming videos. it works well on desktop but mobile not

This is not the usual use case for our player and therefore we do not test for it. While building custom implementations, such as these, unfortunately QA and testing fall upon the developer.
