Hi there,
Our Engineers are currently looking into some issues with the older-style, deprecated URLs for cloud-hosted players. We do not have a timeframe for a fix, but a workaround (and what we would suggest anyway since those older URLs are deprecated) is to create a new cloud-hosted player in your Account Dashboard and use the URL supplied on that page.
