Support good morning, I wonder how I can place the ad off the air when not broadcasting live, it's an ad that comes out when we're off the air thank.

There are a few different ways I can think of to do this, but it all depends on how you know you are not broadcasting live. When you know the stream is not live, you can load a cloud-hosted player that is configured with an ad. When the stream is live, you can use a player that does not have an ad tag configured.
You could also use custom Javascript on your page to call playAd() when you know the stream is not live. Please see https://developer.jwplayer.com/jw-player/docs/developer-guide/api/javascript_api_reference/ for more details on playAd() and the other Javascript API events.
