iPad-only issue

Dear support and community,

I've come across a weird issue.
I have a client who uses JWPlayer on their site to stream youtube videos.

They play just fine on any iphone - you can both see the video itself and sound.
However, on iPad you can ONLY hear sound, while video itself is not playing.

I came across this topic - https://support.jwplayer.com/customer/portal/questions/16323762-youtube-streaming-audio-only- but it seems weird that video works just fine on iPhone yet does not work on iPad.

Could you please help me with this?
