Videos now lagging on JWplayer

Hi,

I use to have an old site that hosted a number of videos in FLV, MPEG, MP4 and Ogg. Since start of June, we have redesigned a mobile responsive website. Videos have not changed. Videos (before and now) are hosted on Amazon S3. Videos (before and now) are played on JW player. However, now on the new site, the videos are lagging extremely.
We've checked with our AmazonS3 and they say there are no issues on their end.
Web developer has just updated JWplayer to newest version - videos still lagging.

The videos have not changed since the old site where they were playing without any problems.

Oour web developer said that the problem with this pages is that - The problem is that video small chunks of 32kb - 45kb - that creates hundreds of connections and that is why this video is slow. Notice 403 error returned by cloud front.

What could be the issue?

It seems to be an issue with the file itself. That behavior persists even if you navigate directly to the file and play it in the browser natively. You may want to re-encode the file.
