No playable sources found

I'm trying to stream live video from nhraallaccess.com on a Raspberry Pi 3 using ubuntuMATE 16.04. But after logging into the web site the player says:
Error loading player: No playable sources found.

I contacted the nhraallaccess.com web hosting company, cleeng.com and they told me to contact JWPlayer support. But I can't contact support unless I upgrade my account to premium. I'm not a developer trying to use the JWPlayer in my web site. I'm just a consumer trying watch live video. Is there anyone out there that has experienced this and got nhraallaccess.com live streaming to work on a Raspberry Pi?

Thanks.

Those two companies are using our player on the web page, but we do not know what kind of video streams they are using. It is possible that they are using a video that requires Flash.

Does the web browser on your Raspberry Pi support Flash or native HLS playback?
