Google analytics code if I have multiple trackers

Hi all,
We have used jwplayer to play videos in sites.tcs.com/sibos-2016/success-stories/ page.
We have 2 tracker objects in Google analytics code. ( One is 'auto' and the other is 'sites'). Added ga code in jwplayer("").setup() function.
But the events are firing only for auto tracker. How can I make it fire for both the tracker objects?
