Encrypted HLS broken in Android in 7.4.2

I have my videos setup to do encrypted HLS streaming. My videos play perfectly fine via PC/Mac as well as iOS devices. However, since last Wednesday, a date that coincides with the release of 7.4.2, all of my Android users are unable to play any of the encrypted HLS streams. Prior to Wednesday, Android users had no problems playing the videos.

For demonstration purposes: http://beta.hurstreview.com/jwptest This video plays exactly as it should on everything except Android. The player code is copy/pasted directly from my production site.
