Closed Caption on JW player

I saw a video with JW Player online, so can I turn it on CC, even there is no CC on JW player. Like CC is hidden in video player.

If the CC button is not appearing in our player, then we are not detecting your captions for some reason.

How are captions being added? Can you provide a test URL to your video?
