Fully Expanded Chrome Page & A/V Sync

Is anyone seeing A/V sync issues from HLS live streaming when using Chrome (Version 50.0.2661.75 m (64-bit))?
Adobe Flash Player - Version: 21.0.0.216
Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

However, I'm not seeing this issue on Firefox (ESR 38.7..1) & IE (Version 11.0.96000)
