It is not possible to update!

I am trying to upgrade by clicking on the button "Upgrade to premium för $149.50" on page http://dashboard.jwplatform.com/upgrade/
This is not working, instead I come to a page telling me there are technical issues:

I have to get to my account since it is erased if payment is not made, and since I cannot enter the page to make the payment...Well...
