Multiple Browsers unable to change video resolution


I am omnigon developer and I am working on application: http://www.therugbychannel.tv
Sometimes jwplayer cannot allow to change resolution for video. And I got bug by current issue:

During live match streaming World Sevens Series Atlanta 7S Day 2:

HD Drop down menu appeared greyed out. TCSS unable to change the resolution setting on the following browsers:
Chrome Version 49.0.2623.110 m (Mac Version 10.11.1, Windows 7, iPad 4, Galaxy Tab 10.1)
Firefox 45.0.1 (Windows 7, iPad 4, Galaxy Tab 10.1)
Internet Explorer Version 11.0.9600.18230(Windows 7 )
Edge (PC Browserstack Windows 10)

Mac Safari was functioning as expected.
